Scope
This page covers contact with the site only. Polemix.co publishes no email address, no phone number and no postal address, and none will be invented here. Until a monitored mailbox is set up and listed on this page, contact runs through the comment form on any post.
Useful Messages
Messages that identify a factual error are the most useful kind the site can receive, particularly where a figure has been taken from a game’s own published paytable or studio information sheet and has since changed. Notes on outdated terms also help, because studios rename features, retire titles and revise paytables without notice.
- Factual error
- A figure, feature name or term that does not match the game’s published paytable or studio information sheet.
- Outdated term
- A feature, title or label that a studio has since renamed or retired.
- Monitored mailbox
- Not yet established. If one is set up, its address will be listed on this page.
Limits
The site cannot resolve disputes with casinos, cannot touch anyone’s account, and cannot act on a complaint about a deposit, withdrawal or bonus. Readers with a gambling concern can reach ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600 or connexontario.ca, the Responsible Gambling Council Canada at responsiblegambling.org, or PlaySmart at playsmart.ca.
